How to leave Atlanta:

1. Monday: Get movers to mover your jank, sleep on a magnet bed
   
2. Tuesday: Get car window fixed, return cable boxes, clean apartment, sleep on magnet bed
3. Wednesday: Eat one last time at the Skillet -- first ones in the restaurant! Drug cats, drive forever

Our orignal goal was to make it to St. Louis but we made pretty good time and left Atlanta at 8:30, so really we got through there around 4:30 Central and couldn't bring ourselves to stop with so much daylight left. Plus the cats were being quiet. So now we're in Odessa, MO which is somewhere close to Kansas City. I think that makes for a relatively short run to Boulder...maybe 8 hours?

The states:

1. N. GA - Boring, we pass the carpet place
2. Tennesse - Torrential rainstorm and crazy hail
3. N. GA - 75 is weird
4. Tennesse - Chattanooga is pretty green, Nashville is only about 3.5 hours away -- looks cool, ate in Clarksville at the Cracker Barrell -- they still smoke in restaurants here
5. Kentucky - Tons of farmland and red barns -- pretty smooth ride
6. S. Illinois - Booooring, never go there, ever.
7. Missouri - St Louis does in fact have traffic, tons of trucks on 70, we give up at sunset
